21. Describe when someone gave you something you really wanted /a gift you received

 You should say:

 Who gave it to you?

 What was the thing?

 When you received it?

 Why you needed it?

My sister gave me a laptop for my birthday last year. It was a Dell laptop, and I had been wanting one for a while since my old laptop had been acting up. She knew how much I relied on my laptop for work and school, so she wanted to make sure I had a dependable device. I was so thankful to receive such an expensive and practical gift. It's been a great help ever since. 

I needed the laptop because my old one was having problems. It was slow, crashing frequently, and the battery life wasn't great. I needed a reliable device that could handle my workload and stay charged throughout the day. That's why I was so excited to receive such a useful gift. 

The laptop has been a great help ever since I got it. It's faster, the battery lasts longer, and I can work more efficiently. I'm also able to do more with it because of the extra features, like being able to run multiple programs at once. My work and school life has been much smoother since I got it.
