The table provides an overview on the percentage of participated women on the position of senior manager, in three different companies, from 1975 to 2015. It can be seen that the percentage of participation by them was increased by the end.
Turning to the first two years, only 3% of women participated in Eldan Ltd, as a senior manager, while Bamforth Ltd recorded with 9% and 11% during the period. However, the percentage of participation fell by 2% in 1980,in Finsbury Ltd. The percentage recorded more than a quarter in 1999, which was doubled than that of 1985, for Eldan Ltd. There was again a rise of 2% in Bamforth Ltd, from 13% to 15%.
Regarding 2015, 64% of women participated for Elden Ltd, which was only 3% in the starting period. The percentage of women participated for Bamford Ltd increased and stood at 46% by 2015.
To sum up, it can be seen that the trend was rising for Eldan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd. However, it was a fluctuent trend for Finsbury Ltd over the 40 years.
