19. You are applying for a job in an international company. You would like to ask your previous employer to write a reference letter for you. 

Write a letter to your previous manager. In your letter 

-remind your manager of the job you previously held in the company

Dear Mr Pandy,

                       I am writing this letter with regards to a request to provide me with a reference letter. I worked with your company, Trimurti Pvt. Ltd., from March 2019 to May 2021, and my designation in your company was senior Engineer.

                        I need this letter because I am applying for a job in an international company. They are seeking senior engineers with good experience. They have called me for the position of Assistant Manager in the maintenance department. Moreover, the company is providing me with a smart salary with other benefits and incentives also. I would appreciate it if you could provide a letter. Thus, in this letter, I show my abilities and prove them. I am a suitable candidate for this post.

                              Please mention my qualities, my working capabilities, teamwork and my punctuality please mention in this letter.

                                 I had a great time in your company. I learned numerous skills in your company. Now, I get opportunities to show my ability. Please provide my reference letter as soon as possible.

                                                        I am writing in connection with my reference letter regarding the job that I have done for your reputed company, 'Wipro, as a 'Junior Engineer' for three years.

                                                  I require this letter because I have been selected by an international company called 'Accenture' after clearing my interview.

                                                       I have now been promoted to a higher rank, 'Senior Section Engineer', with a smart salary package of around twenty-four lakh rupees a year. The company provides me with a cab service and a modern apartment with three bedrooms for free.

                                              I will join this company on 18 of this month, but before this, I have to submit my reference letter to work there.

                                         So you, please provide me with a reference letter with all my achievements during the job and all positive features regarding my character, mentioning that I have been result-oriented, punctual and hardworking. 

                                                I would appreciate it if you could do this. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
