Write a letter to a translation agency. In your letter 

• say what the documents are 

• explain why you need them to be translated

Dear Sir,

                                        I am writing this letter to request you to translate my important documents into the English language because these are written in the Punjabi language. These pieces of paper are related to my transfer to Delhi. I am working in Punjab right now.

                             I have been working in the Health Department in Punjab for three years. I want to translate these documents because I can not understand Punjabi, and I am not able to read them either. It plays a very indispensable role in my life because I live here alone and my family lives in Delhi. In my family, my mother is not feeling well. She is suffering from high blood pressure and sugar. As I am the only daughter of my parents, there is no one to look after my mother except me. My father is bedridden, and he can not move around. Therefore, I am supposed to be with her during this hard time.

                           I would be grateful if you could understand my position and condition. Please translate this letter into the English language as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

                                          I am writing in connection with my experience letter that I request you to translate into the English Language, which has been written in the Punjabi Language.

                                        I am writing this letter because I have been selected by an international company called "Accenture" as a "Senior Section Engineer" after clearing the interview. It is a foreign company and its workers do not understand the regional language.

                                           This letter is regarding my work experience. I have been working for the ‘Railway Department’ as a ‘Junior Engineer’ for the last three years. This letter pertains to all my features regarding the job. I am result-oriented, punctual and hard-working.

                                      My joining date is 16 of this month, but before that, I have to submit this letter so that I can do my best in the future. So please translate my letter amicably.

                                            I would appreciate it if you could do this urgently. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
