Sample Answer 1

Band 7.5

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that when I checked out of your hotel a few days ago, I left some vital documents behind. I attended a business meeting at your hotel, the 'Rosewood London,' and unfortunately lost these papers in my hotel room.

I stayed in room 524 between April 24th and 25th and attended a conference in the Business Meeting Hall on April 24th. I travelled the next day and realised shortly after returning home that I had left those papers unattended in my hotel room, perhaps in the drawer opposite my bed. All of the papers are contained inside a transparent bag folder that has my name. These documents include sensitive business information, and I am required to deliver a handful of them to my employer by the end of the month.

I would appreciate it if you could locate these documents and call me immediately at 715-658-5830 so that I can arrange for their pickup.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Vishal Goyal

Band 7

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I left some important papers when I checked out of your hotel a couple of days ago. I attended a business conference at your hotel ‘Rosewood London’ and regrettably misplaced these documents in my room in which I stayed.

I stayed in room 524 from the 24th to 25th of April, and attended a conference at the Business Meeting Hall on 24 April. I departed the next day and, just after I reached home, I noticed that I had left those documents unattended in my hotel room, perhaps on the inside of the drawer that was placed beside my bed.

All of those documents are placed inside a clear bag folder with my name on it. These documents contain confidential information about my company, and I need to submit a few of these papers to my company before the end of the month.

I would appreciate it if you could look for these papers and notify me at my cell phone number, 8333-6523-01, so that I can send someone to pick them up as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Band 7

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regrettably, I am very upset about my colossal error. I forgot to take my vital papers with me when I checked out of your hotel a few weeks ago. I was attending a business meeting at your hotel, the 'Raddison,' and inadvertently left these documents in my room.

This letter is in reference to my recent stay in hotel room 346 from November 20 to 22, as well as my presence in the Meeting Hall on November 22. When I returned home the next day, I realised I had left these papers in the drawer of the table in the room's left corner, near the bed. All of those critical pieces of documentation are kept in a clear folder bag labelled with my complete name, designation, and the company's name. These documents include confidential business information, and I am required to deliver them to the firm by the end of the month.

I would appreciate it if you could email me my papers and provide me with my phone number, 3234 5387 21 so that I can arrange for them to be picked up as soon as possible. I eagerly await your response at your earliest leisure.

I appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have left my vital documents at your hotel. Last week, I attended a meeting at your hotel, The Sapphire. Unfortunately, I left my vital papers in the room.

I stayed at your hotel between 2 and 3 August in room number 505 of your hotel to attend a business meeting. After attending the meeting in the conference hall, I left for my home. When I reached home, I realised that I had left the documents in the room. Perhaps, the documents are in the drawer on the side of the bed. They are in a transparent folder with my name and designation on it. These documents are very confidential and a handful of them are to be provided to my employees this week.

I would appreciate it if you could locate them and send them to me through e-mail or call me at 72077-37214 so that I can pick up/collect the documents.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Sonia Sharma.
