51. You wrote to the Harvey School of English last month asking for a brochure and for details of how to arrange accommodation. You have received nothing. You have telephoned but only spoken to the caretaker. 

Write a letter to the school owners. Explain the situation and tell them what you want to happen.

Dear Sir/Madam,

                     I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed by the quality of services provided by your staff while asking for a brochure and accommodation, which is quite poor.

                       This letter concerns my recent stay in your modern city called, 'London', and I am new here. Well sir, I have recently completed my Secondary Education in India, and now after passing grade Ist in the International Higher Secondary education interview, I got admission to your reputed school, 'Harvey School of English', with fee concession and free accommodation.

                I made many calls several times, but no one picked up my call, and I had a bad experience with your staff and management. I was very excited about studying at one of the best schools in the world, but after such a poor response, my joy died down and I am very depressed now because I have to stay in a run-down area in an unknown city.

               Therefore, I would make a kind request that you look into this matter and sort it out amicably and seriously, so that I can live a better life and concentrate on my studies completely.

Dear Sir or Madam,

                   I am writing this letter to get some important information about accommodation. Last month, I wrote a letter to the Harvey School of English, but I did not receive any information regarding my studies.

                   I have admitted my son to your school because I really want him to have a bright future. Last month, I wrote a letter to your school but I did not get any information even though I mentioned my contact number, but only spoke to the caretaker. Moreover, he also did not reply to my questions. I work for a private company and I do not have much time because I am always busy with my work and my wife also works for a multinational company. Therefore, we are unable to take care of our son, so that is the reason we want to arrange accommodation near the school. It will open on May 5. I would be grateful if you could send me details of how to arrange accommodation. 

                      I look forward to hearing from you soon.
