16. Describe a piece of technology that you find difficult to use.

You should say:

When did you get it?

What did you get it for?

How often do you use it?

How do you feel about it? 

Sample Answer 

I recently got a new laptop, which I use for work. I got it about a month ago, and it’s supposed to be one of the most advanced laptops on the market. Unfortunately, I find it incredibly difficult to use. It has a lot of features that I am not used to, and I often find myself struggling to make the most basic of tasks. I use it every day, but I often feel frustrated, as I’m constantly running into issues with the software. I’m sure with enough practice I could become more comfortable with the laptop. However, right now I’d rather just stick to my old laptop, which I know like the back of my hand. 

I use the laptop every day for work, as I need to use it for a variety of tasks. However, I often find it difficult to use, and it can be very frustrating. I feel frustrated about it, as I'm not used to the features and I often have trouble completing simple tasks. I'm sure with enough practice I'll eventually become more familiar with the laptop, but for now I'm just trying to make the best of it.
