The activity I engage in to keep fit is morning jogging. I usually go jogging in the early mornings, either before sunrise or shortly afterward. I prefer to do this activity in a nearby park, where there are well-maintained pathways and a peaceful environment.

I start by stretching to warm up my muscles and prevent any injuries. Then, I begin jogging at a moderate pace, gradually picking up speed as my body warms up. I usually follow a loop around the park, alternating between jogging and brisk walking to maintain a consistent level of activity. I pay attention to my posture, ensure proper breathing, and listen to my body to avoid overexertion.

Morning jogging is an excellent way to maintain fitness for several reasons. Jogging is a cardiovascular exercise that gets the heart pumping and increases blood circulation. It helps improve heart health by strengthening the heart muscles and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
