Sample Answer 1

Band 7.5

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to convey my profound unhappiness with the state of your sports centre's changing facilities.

I have been a premium member of your facility for over a year, but I have observed that the changing rooms have not been adequately cleaned in the past three months. There is virtually no feeling of cleanliness in the neighbourhood. The dustbins are always overflowing, the exhaust system is inoperable, and the area is not properly mopped or cleaned, leaving it smelling like a trash dump.

I have frequently complained to your employees about the same issue, and the last time I did, I was threatened with being thrown out of the establishment. The staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate towards me. I had anticipated much more from such a renowned company as yours.

I am hoping you will look into this and fix it as soon as it is feasible. Additionally, I would want a written apology from your personnel.

Yours faithfully,

Vishal Goyal

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my great dissatisfaction with the condition of the changing rooms at your sports centre.

I have been a premium member of your centre for over a year, but I've noticed that the changing rooms haven't been cleaned properly in the last three months. There is almost no sense of sanitation to be seen around the area. The dustbins are always full, the exhaust does not work, and there is no proper mopping or washing of the area, so it smells like a garbage dump.

I have repeatedly complained about the same thing to your staff, and the last time I complained, I was threatened to be thrown out of the place. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I have expected much more from a prestigious organization of your standard.

I hope that you will look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would also like a written apology issued to me on behalf of your staff.

Yours faithfully,

Band 6.5

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the quality of services provided by your staff, which is quite poor at your sports centre.

I have been a regular member of yours for the last two years, but a couple of months ago, I noticed that the changing rooms had not been cleaned up properly, which is a big issue. The dustbins are overflowed. As a consequence, the rooms smell like a garbage dump. Moreover, some of the door locks are broken, and they always remain unlocked. Another serious problem is that most switches for the fans and lights are not working. They will have to be installed to solve this matter.

I requested the staff members several times that they pay attention and sort out these problems, but they ignored it, and what made the situation worse was that one of the sanitary fittings started leaking and the problem had not been rectified until now.

I hope that you will look into the matter, and the issue will be resolved amicably. I would also want a written apology issued to me on behalf of your staff.

Yours faithfully,

Band 7

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been a satisfied member of your sports centre for several years, but I am writing to draw your attention to an issue: the bad condition of the changing rooms.

There are several reasons for complaining about this problem. First and foremost is that the changing rooms have not been adequately cleaned in the last three months. Moreover, the dustbins are overflowing due to which the area smells like a trash dump. Secondly, the malfunctioning of air conditioners in most rooms in summer makes the conditions worse at the time of changing clothes. Another serious problem is that door latches are broken, and they always remain unlocked, which is a big problem for girls.

I asked the staff members several times to pay attention and solve these problems, but they ignored them, and what made the situation worse was that one of the members argued with me and the problems have not been rectified.

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience to take measures to solve the issues. I would also like a written apology issued to me on behalf of your staff.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to voice my extreme displeasure with the level of service given by your employees at your sports centre, which is woefully lacking.

For the last year and a half, I have been a premium member of your organisation. Recently, I have observed that the changing room has not been well maintained. The garbage bins are overflowing, the exhaust system is broken, and the floors are not adequately mopped. As a result, the rooms are filled with an unpleasant odour. Besides that, the door locks are broken, thus they are still unlocked. I have previously complained about it a few times, but they have disregarded me each time. To make matters worse, one of your employees got into an argument with me, and we still have not resolved the issue.

I want to hear from you as soon as possible so we can get these problems resolved. In addition, I would appreciate receiving a letter of apology from a member of your team.

Yours faithfully,

Deepak Malik.
