Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to let you know that I made the mistake of leaving some critical papers in one of your taxis yesterday and would want to apologise. Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide in finding those papers.

I arrived at Wilfred's Club about 6 p.m. yesterday after taking a black waggon cab from King’s Street. As I sat down with my customers at the club for our meeting, I discovered that I had unintentionally left my documents in the cab, which I had forgotten about. I attempted to contact the driver, but he could not be reached. I needed to present those papers to complete the transaction with my business. The papers were in a transparent bag folder with my name printed on it, and they were in the backseat of my car.

A copy of my receipt for the trip is also included, which will assist you in obtaining the driver's name and phone number if necessary. I request that you call me on my mobile phone number, 7540-4320-22, as soon as you have located the documents in question.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that I accidentally left some important documents in one of your cabs yesterday. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in locating those documents.

I took a blue wagon taxi from Wall Street to the Rosewood Club around 4 p.m. yesterday. I went to the club for a meeting, but as soon as I sat down with my clients, I realized I had accidentally left my papers in the taxi. I tried calling the driver, but he was not reachable.

I somehow ended up at the meeting, but I needed to submit those documents to finalize the deal with my company. The documents were in a clear bag folder with my name written on it and were in the backseat when I left.

I am also attaching a copy of my receipt for the ride, which will help you with the driver's name and number. I ask you to contact me at my cell number, 84321-65231, as soon as you find the papers.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with my huge mistake. I left some important pieces of paper in one of your taxis while returning from my business conference at The Taj on 2nd November 2018.

I arrived in Mumbai on November 1st, 2018, and I had a conference the next day. After finishing it, I took a taxi Hyundai I-20 which I pre-booked online to reach the airport, but unintentionally I had left these documents on the back seat.

All these important papers are in a transparent folder bag with my full name, designation and the name of the company. These papers include sensitive business information and I will have to submit them to the company before the end of this month.

I have attached a copy of the receipt of the above-mentioned means of transport and I would appreciate it if you could send me my documents and inform me on my mobile phone number, 8132 473 143 so that I can arrange for their pickup.

I am writing this letter to inquire about my important documents which I forgot in one of your taxis.

I hired your taxi on 24th March 2021 from Downtown to Marina Walk at 8:30 AM. The taxi plate number was CA 4563, and it was being driven by an Indian driver. The driver's name is Rahul Singh. During the journey, I was busy making an urgent call. While I was getting down, I forgot to pick up my folder. I have mentioned my name on the folder, which is visible from the front.

I kept my essential documents, such as degrees, certificates, and ID proof. I forgot the folder on the back seat. Could you please speak to all the drivers regarding my documents?

I would appreciate it if you could send me my folder by courier service. I would be grateful to you. I would pay for your service using Paytm or Net Banking, whichever you like.
