Dear Mr Frost,

I am writing to express my interest in joining a group of students on a three-day trip to the United States that your institution has organised. This vacation will also involve my son, Bhavya, who is currently enrolled in section c.

Bhavya described the trip the previous day. He was ecstatic about taking this trip, but I was hesitant to send him alone. Fortunately, his instructor informed me that interested parents were welcome to join their wards, which was a relief. I must admit that I was overjoyed when I received the news.

I would like to convey my heartfelt interest in joining this trip. This way, I will not have to worry about my child's safety, and he will get to see a new country. I have previously visited the United States many times. As a consequence, I am very knowledgeable about the country's geography, food, and language. I will make every effort to assist teachers and children in every way possible.

While I am looking forward to my trip, I do have a few concerns. The first is a transportation-related issue. How are you planning on travelling between cities in the United States? The second relates to hotel reservations. Is this something your organisation takes care of or do parents have to take care of it themselves?

I hope to hear from you as soon as possible about this.

I would want to express my sincere appreciation.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Frost,

I am writing to express my interest in accompanying a group of students on a three-day trip to the United States arranged by your school. This vacation will also include my son, Bhavya, who is in section-c.

The excursion was mentioned by Bhavya the day before yesterday. He was extremely enthusiastic about going on this vacation, but I was reluctant to send him so far without accompanying him. Fortunately, his class teacher told me that interested parents may join their children, which was a relief. I have to say, I was ecstatic when I heard the news.

I would like to express my sincere desire to participate in this tour. This way, I will not have to worry for my kid, and he will have the chance to go to a new nation. I have been to the United States many times previously. As a result, I am very acquainted with the country's locations, cuisine, and language. I will make every effort to support the instructors as well as the kids as needed.

I am excited about the vacation, but there are a few questions on my mind. The first is concerned with transportation. How do you intend to go from one city in the United States to another? The second one is about making hotel bookings. Is this something that your organisation handles for you, or do the parents have to do it themselves?

I hope to hear back on this as soon as possible.

Please accept my heartfelt gratitude.

Yours sincerely

Dear Madam,

I am writing to express my strong interest in attending my son-school trip to the USA to visit NASA. I want to attend the trip, which is going on from 5 to 7 June next month.

My son is studying in the 9th class at your reputed school. It is his first overseas tour, and he has never visited without me. Fortunately, I am a science teacher, and I have a deep interest in such study trips.

The reason for joining the outing is that I have already been there several times. So its cities are very familiar to me. Therefore, I think I am able to share my past experiences with students and teachers regarding this wonderful journey. The trip will become more interesting and fantastic.

But before this, I have some questions regarding this exciting journey. Firstly, what does it cost a single parent? One more question is how many extra charges I have to pay for vegetarian food? I hope it might be reasonable.

I would appreciate it if you could allow me to join this excursion. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Priya Choudhary.

Dear Mr Jones,

I am writing to express my strong interest in travelling to the United States with a group of students on a three-day international trip arranged by your institution.

My child, Shubham, who is presently enrolled in section-c, is also included in this vacation. He detailed this excursion to me the day before; he is eager to go, but I am reluctant to send him alone. Fortunately, his head teacher told me that parents interested in accompanying their children may do so, which is a comfort.

I would want to express my sincere interest in the trip. I have been to the United States many times. As a result, I am familiar with geographic places, languages, and cuisine. I will provide the greatest possible guidance to instructors and students.

As excited as I am about this vacation, I do have a few questions. The first is a matter of conveyance. How are you going to go from one city to the next? The second is related to hotel bookings. Is this something that the school is responsible for or is it something that the parents are responsible for?

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. I would love it if you could include me on this great vacation.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely Yours,

Malik, Nidhi.
