Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is intended to attract your attention to my friend's maltreatment by hospital workers. My friend and her father came to see me last week for a family event. Everything went off without a hitch. The following day, her father complained of chest pains. We rushed him to your facility right away. When we arrived, I was shocked to see that no one was working at the front desk. After waiting for about five minutes, a nurse arrived and instructed us to fill in some paperwork. Despite our efforts to inform her that the patient was very ill and required emergency medical attention, she chose to ignore our pleas and instead instructed us to deposit further funds. I was quite let down when the doctor finally arrived after a half-hour wait.

There was also no air conditioning in the room that was offered by the personnel. When my buddy confronted the employees about it, they got into an argument with her.

In exchange, I would appreciate it if you could recoup the overpayment and punish your employees severely.
