68. The chart below shows the per cent of male-covered executive positions in ACME oil company within a one-year period between July 1993 and June 1994.


Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph illustrates the distribution of men holding managerial positions within the ACME oil business from July 1993 to June 1994.

The data unequivocally demonstrates a significant increase in the percentage of male employees in grade 1, reaching a maximum of around 0.20%. Following that, a comparable peak was noted in the second grade, which subsequently displayed a gradual decline to 0.6% in the third grade.

The notable surge in the percentage of males within the population who were engaged in remunerated work can be attributed to the period corresponding to the fourth grade. A comparable trend was noted during the fifth grade, whereby there was a notable surge in rates of employment, reaching its pinnacle at 30 percent in the year 1994.

During the period spanning from 1993 to 1994, there was a noticeable decline observed in the proportion of male individuals occupying executive positions in general. The aforementioned pattern persisted throughout the subsequent year.

Between 1993 and 1994, there was a perceptible drop in the percentage of male individuals assuming executive posts overall. This trend continued into the next year.

                          The graph gives information about the proportion of the men who took executive positions in the oil sector (ACME) from July 1993 to June 1994.

                         It is evident that in grade 1 the percentage of male employees rose, reaching a high of about 0.20%, followed by a peak of 0.2% in the second standard, before falling gradually to 0.6% in the third.

                       Turning to grade four, where 0.4% of men-employers employed, significantly, whereas the figure for grade fifth surged, surging only to 30% in 1994.

                                Overall, the trend for the male obtained positions between 1993 to 1994 was obviously downwards.

                          The graph gives information about the proportion of males occupying executive ranks in the ACME oil industry from July 1993 to June 1994.

                        We can see that there was a downward trend. The percentage of men in grade 1 was the highest and for grade 5 was the lowest.

                           Regarding grade 1, about 90% of men occupied this position, followed by 80% for the second.

                       Turning to grade III, 6 in 10 employees covered it for grade 4, which was 0.4. However, only a quarter of the total number of men was at rank 5.

                        Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of people at position 1 (90%) was about four times that of position 5 (25%)

                     In summary, there was a sharp decrease in the proportion of employees with positions between 1 and 5.
