34. Describe a person who has apologized to you.

You should say:

One person who apologized to me was a close friend who had said some hurtful things to me during an argument. We had been close for many years, and I was hurt and confused by her behavior.

After a few days of not speaking, she called me and asked if we could meet up to talk. When we met, she apologized for her behavior and acknowledged that she had said some things that were hurtful and untrue.

I appreciated her apology and felt relieved that she was taking responsibility for her actions. It showed that she valued our friendship and was willing to work through our issues together.

We talked through our differences and were able to move past the argument. Our friendship became stronger because we were able to communicate openly and honestly with each other.
