In my country, older people often take part in low-impact physical activities such as swimming, yoga, taichi, and walking. Additionally, some may join senior fitness classes or personal training sessions. Older people may also attend health screenings regularly to monitor their health and detect any potential issues. Finally, many older people in my country prioritize eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep to maintain their health and energy levels. 


5. What else people can do to keep fit besides sports?

Besides sports, people can keep fit by engaging in regular physical activity, such as walking or cycling. Additionally, people can practice mindful activities like meditation or yoga. Other activities that can help people stay fit include strength training, stretching, and dancing. People can also take part in recreational activities like hiking or gardening. Finally, people can make healthy lifestyle choices, such as eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep. 


6. Do you think that the tobacco companies should be held reasonably responsible for a person’s addiction to nicotine?

Yes, because tobacco companies have a history of intentionally targeting vulnerable populations, such as children and young adults, with deceptive marketing and advertising practices. Additionally, tobacco companies have been found to have purposely added additives to cigarettes that make them more addictive. As such, they should be held accountable for their actions in order to discourage them from engaging in such unethical practices. 


7. Should smoking in restaurants be banned?
