Rest

I take frequent breaks throughout the day to allow my body and mind to rest. Furthermore, I take at least one full day off work each week and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

I usually take a break in the evenings or on weekends, after work. Before the next week starts, I like to use this time to unwind and get ready. I usually try to go to bed early and sleep all night so I can start the next day with a clear head.

3. What do you usually do when you are resting?

I like to do a variety of activities while resting to help me relax and unwind.
