        The provided charts illustrate the distribution of global oil resources and the annual oil consumption of different countries.

In terms of the proportion of total world oil resources, the Middle East accounts for the largest share, producing approximately 57% of the world's oil. In contrast, Canada only contributes 14.84% of the total oil resources. Central and South America make up 8.12% of the global oil production, slightly higher than Eastern Europe's 6.58%. Africa, Asia, Western Europe, and other regions collectively produce 6.38%, 2.89%, 1.47%, and 1.05% of the world's oil resources, respectively.

           Shifting focus to annual oil consumption, Asia leads the pack, consuming around 26.21% of the world's oil. This surpasses the oil consumption in the United States by approximately 2%. Western Europe follows closely behind, with a consumption rate of 19.24%, surpassing the Middle East's consumption by 12%.

       In summary, Asia consumes the highest amount of oil, while Australia and New Zealand have the lowest oil consumption.

                  Regarding the ratio of the total world’s oil resources, in the Middle East, around 57% of oil is produced by different resources, whereas in Canada, only 14.84% of oil is produced. The figure for Central and South America accounted for 8.12%, which is higher than that of Eastern Europe (6.58%). The percentage of oil produced in Africa, Asia, Western Europe and others totalled 6.38%, 2.89%, 1.47% and 1.05%, respectively.

               Turning to the figures for annual oil consumption, in Asia, approximately 26.21% of oil is consumed, exceeding the consumption of oil in the United States by roughly 2%. The ratio of oil consumed in Western Europe stands at 19.24, which has surpassed the consumption of oil in the Middle East by 12%.

             In summary, it can be seen that the highest amount of oil is consumed by Asia, whereas the lowest amount is used by Australia and New Zealand.
