63. The diagrams below show how humans and plants interact to produce oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Write at least 150 words.

The diagrams below show how humans and plants interact to produce oxygen and carbon dioxide.

  Sample Answer 1

The provided diagram depicts the mechanism by which plants and people generate oxygen and carbon dioxide.

The diagram clearly illustrates that plants generate oxygen via the process of photosynthesis. Moreover, it is worth noting that plants have the ability to uptake carbon dioxide. The sun plays a key role in the ecosystem by emitting sunlight, which is essential for photosynthesis in plants. This process enables plants to release oxygen into the atmosphere, benefiting both animals and people who are dependent on oxygen for survival.

In contrast, both humans and animals generate carbon dioxide as a byproduct of respiration. Initially, organisms acquire oxygen through respiration, which involves the intake of atmospheric oxygen as well as the absorption of oxygen produced by plants during photosynthesis. Consequently, they release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by exhalation.

In general, the aforementioned biological phenomenon is dependent on the process of photosynthesis, wherein plants assimilate carbon dioxide and then emit oxygen into the surrounding atmosphere. The act of respiration involves the intake of oxygen and the subsequent release of carbon dioxide by both humans and animals.

The diagram below shows how plants and humans produce oxygen and carbon dioxide.

It can be seen that plants produce oxygen with the help of photosynthesis. Then, the plants take carbon dioxide in. Also, the sun provides sunrays to plants that give oxygen to animals and human beings, as they depend on oxygen.

Humans and animals produce carbon dioxide by breathing. Firstly, they take oxygen from the air and plants when they interact with people. Secondly, they breathe out carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Overall, it is a natural process that depends on photosynthesis to intake carbon dioxide by plants, and the oxygen goes out into the environment. Breathing is a process where humans and animals produce oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.
