The two pie charts below show the marital status of Australia’s and Canada’s populations for 1999 and 2000 respectively.

The presented pie charts depict the marital status of individuals in Australia and Canada in the years 1999 and 2000, respectively.

In terms of Australia's population in 1999, the highest proportion consisted of married individuals, accounting for 53% of the population. On the other hand, same-sex marriage represented the smallest percentage, with only 1% of people falling into this category. The figures for divorced and widowed Australians stood at the same proportion, both at 7%. Never married individuals accounted for 29% of the population, surpassing separated but not divorced individuals by 26%.

Shifting the focus to Canada's population, the largest proportion consisted of individuals with a single marital status, representing 46% of the population. In contrast, the lowest percentage was attributed to those who were separated but still legally married, with only 2% falling into this category. Legally married couples accounted for 41% of the population, while the percentage of divorced individuals stood at 5%, exceeding widowed individuals by a mere 1%.

In conclusion, the highest proportion of residents in Australia were married, while in Canada, the lowest proportion consisted of individuals who were never married.

                    The presented pie charts provide information about the marital status of Australians and Canadians in 1999 and 2000, individually.

                          In terms of the marital status of Australia's population in 1999, 53 per cent of citizens of Australia who were married remained the highest proportion, whereas only 1% of people were of same-sex marriage, which was the lowest percentage. The figure for divorced and widowed Australians stood at the same proportion (7%). The percentage of residents of Australia who were never married accounted for 29%, which surpassed citizens who were separated but not divorced by 26% in 1999.

                      Turning to Canada's population, 46% of Canadians were single marital status, which was the greatest proportion, while only 2% of residents were separated but still legally married, which was the lowest. The figures for legally married couples stood at 41 per cent. The percentage of the population of Canada who was divorced accounted for 5 per cent, exceeding widowed ones by only 1 per cent in 1999.

                        To sum up, we can see that the figures for married residents of Australia stood the greatest, whereas never married Canadians remained the lowest.

                            The charts give information about the marital status of Australians and Canadians for 1999 and 2000.

                         Regarding the marital status of Australians in 1999, around 53% of citizens were married, exceeding the figure for never married by (24%). Interestingly, the statistics for divorced and widowed stood equal at 7%.

                       Notably, the number of people who separated but not divorced totalled 3%, which was higher than that of same-sex marriage (1%).

                       Turning to the figures for Canada's population, approximately 41% of people were legally married in 2000. In contrast, only 2% of people separated but legally married. The figure for singles accounted for 46%, which was higher than the figures for widowed and divorced (5%) and (6%), respectively.

                        In summary, it can be seen that the highest number of people were married in Canada, whereas the lowest was separated but legally married in Australia.
