Sample Answer 1

The provided process diagram outlines the various stages involved in the commercial production of instant noodles. The overall process consists of eight steps, which are executed systematically from storage to dispatch.

To begin, flour is stored in silos and delivered to the facility via trucks. Subsequently, it is transferred to a mixer, where it is combined with water and oil to form a moistened mixture. Once all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, the dough is transformed into sheets using rollers. These sheets are then converted into strips. Ultimately, the dough strips are flattened into disc-shaped noodles.

Next, the noodle discs undergo frying in oil and are left to dry. Once completely dried, they are packaged in cups. Alongside the noodles, the cups are filled with vegetables and seasonings. Following this, the cups are sealed and labelled. This marks the completion of the process, as the noodles are now ready for shipment.
