                  The graph illustrates the use of energy in the United States in 1980, with estimates for the period up to 2030.

                   In terms of oil, coal, and natural gas consumption, the United States used 35 quadrillion units in 1980, and this number is projected to steadily increase to a peak of 50 quadrillion units by 2030. Coal consumption remained below 20 quadrillion units between 1980 and 1990 but gradually increased to 25 quadrillion units by 2020. It is expected to grow by an additional 5 quadrillion units by 2030. Natural gas consumption reached a peak of 20 quadrillion units in 1980, fluctuating over the years. Between 2025 and 2030, it is predicted to plateau at approximately 25 quadrillion cubic feet per day.

                     When considering alternative energy sources, nuclear energy accounted for 3 quadrillion units in 1980, and this figure is expected to increase by 1 quadrillion unit by 2030. Surprisingly, nuclear electricity (5 quadrillion units) surpassed hydroelectric power (3 quadrillion units).

               In summary, petroleum, natural gas, and coal accounted for the largest percentage of total energy consumption, while nuclear, solar, and hydroelectric energy had the smallest proportion.

              In terms of oil, coal, and natural gas consumption, the United States used 35 quadrillion units in 1980, a number that has steadily risen and is expected to reach its high in 2030, when it will consume 50 quadrillion units. The amount of coal consumed between 1980 and 1990 was less than 20 quadrillion units, but the figure gradually grew until it reached 25 quadrillion units in 2020. However, it is predicted to grow by 5 quadrillion units by the year 2030, according to experts. Natural gas consumption reached a peak of 20 quadrillion units in 1980, after which it began to fluctuate and will continue to do so until 2020. Between 2025 and 2030, it is anticipated that natural gas production would plateau and stay relatively stable at about 25 quadrillion cubic feet per day.

                   If we look at the sources of energy that are available to us today, we can see that nuclear, solar, and hydropower account for a significant portion of our energy mix. In 1980, nuclear energy accounted for 3 quadrillion units of our total energy consumption; by 2030, this figure is expected to increase by 1 quadrillion unit. The surprising fact is that nuclear electricity (5 quadrillion units) is consumed more than hydroelectric power (3 quadrillion units).

                In summary, it can be observed that petroleum, natural gas, and coal accounted for the greatest percentage of total energy consumption, while nuclear, solar, and hydroelectric energy accounted for the smallest proportion.

                    The line graph illustrates the United States' energy use in 1980, along with projections for the period up to 2030.

                From 1980 to 2030, the total amount of petroleum, crude oil, coal, and natural gas used was 35 quadrillion units at the start of the period. According to projections, consumption will rise somewhat, varying a bit, reaching about 47 quadrillion units. 1980 saw coal consumption reach 17 quadrillion units, while natural gas consumption reached 15 quadrillion units in the same year. Coal consumption is expected to more than double by 2030.

               It was slightly less than 5 quadrillion units between 1980 and 2010, when all forms of energy were combined in the United States of America, including nuclear, solar/wind, and hydropower. It is predicted that these tendencies will only marginally increase throughout the projected period. It is expected that nuclear energy, solar/wind energy, and hydropower will consume 7 quadrillion, 5 quadrillion, and 4 quadrillion units of energy, respectively, by 2030.

            To summarise, gasoline has been and will continue to be the most commonly utilised kind of energy throughout the entire period under review.

             Regarding petrol and oil, coal and natural gas, from 1980 to 2030, in the beginning, the consumption of petrol and oil was 35 quadrillion units. The amount of consumption is expected to rise slightly with a slight fluctuation, reaching around 47 quadrillion units. In 1980, the figures for coal and natural gas consumption stood at 17 quadrillion units and 15 quadrillion units, respectively. Coal consumption is expected to more than double by 2030.

           Turning to nuclear, solar/wind, and hydropower from 1980 to 2010, the consumption of these three sources was just below 5 quadrillion units in the USA in 1980. In the given period, these trends will see only a slight increase. In 2030, it is estimated the consumption of nuclear, solar/wind and hydropower will be 7 quadrillion units, 5 quadrillion units and 4 quadrillion units respectively.

                 To conclude, as it can be seen, in the given period, petrol was and will be the highest consumed source of energy.

                         The chart shows the amount of energy used by six different sources in the USA from 1980 to 2020 plus gives the estimated figures by 2030.

                        Petrol and oil were the most popular energy source throughout the period, and their consumed units stood at 35 quadrillion in 1980, crossing (40 quadrillion) in 2005 before reaching the 43 mark (2020). It was estimated that the units might have peaked around 50 until 2030. Coal and Natural Gas hold the second-highest mark in the energy sector with 20 and over 15 units, respectively, and subsequently went up about 25 each (2020).

                        Turning to nuclear, solar/wind and hydropower, these were the least popular resources in the USA throughout the entire period. The consumption figures of these three types numbered 4 quadrillion (1980) and increased creepingly to around 7 by 2020 except hydropower, which remained constant at under 5 in the given period, and is also projected to stay constant in the near future.

                                            In terms of energy consumption in the USA, 35 quadrillion units were utilized to generate power by petrol and oil, which was the highest, while only 3 quadrillion units were consumed by nuclear, solar/wind, and hydropower, each, which was the lowest in 1980. The figures for coal and natural gas consumption stood at 15 quadrillions and 20 quadrillion units in 1980. Interestingly, the trend for petrol and oil went upwards, while, for hydropower, it remained almost stable throughout the given period. Notably, the figures for petrol and oil consumption have surged dramatically from 35 quadrillion to 43 quadrillion in four decades, and it is likely that it will increase to around 47 quadrillion in the next 10 years.

                                         Turning to other sources of energy, coal and natural gas consumption remained almost the same and hovered around each other, and their figures fluctuated and reached 25 quadrillion (coal) and 23 billion (natural gas) in 2020. In the next decade, the consumption of coal will be more than 5 quadrillion than natural gas. The figures for nuclear, solar, wind and hydropower will stand at approximately 6, 5 and 3 (quadrillion), respectively, in 2030. To sum up, the consumption of petrol and oil was the greatest, while hydropower was the lowest.

                                         The chart gives data about the consumption of different energy sources in the USA since 1980, with estimates until 2030.

                                         Overall, the most consumed sources of energy are petroleum and oil throughout the given period. The minimum used fuels are nuclear energy, solar energy and hydropower.

                                    Regarding petrol and oil consumption, its value hovered around 35 quadrillion from 1980 to 1995. After that, it increased drametically, reaching 45 quadrillion.

                                   Turning to the use of coal, its value shows an upward trend. However, natural gas consumption fluctuates around 20.

                                        We can see that the use of nuclear energy and solar energy is fairly speedy, while the use of hydropower showed a slight decrease. 

                               In summary, it can be seen that most people in the USA prefer petrol and oil as an energy source. However, they rarely use artificial sources of energy.

                                    Overall, it can be seen that petrol and oil consumption are fairly upwards throughout the given period, whereas the trends for solar and hydropower consumption are hovering around steadily over the period.

                               Regarding the consumption of certain fuels, the trend for the consumption of petrol and oil shows a dramatic increase from (35 quadrillion) to (49 quadrillion). Between 1985 and 1990, the marks for the consumption of coal and natural gas levelled off at approximately (18 quadrillion).

                                 Furthermore, nuclear power is steadily consumed by the Americans at approximately 7 Quadrillion at the end of a given period. The trend for the consumption of solar and hydropower is hovering around approx. 4 quadrillion at the end of a given period.

                          In summary, it can be analysed that Americans consume more petrol and oil as compared to other fuels.
