The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.

                                  The two layouts presented depict the projected improvements to a university's sports centre in the future. Overall, the planned enhancements result in a larger and significantly modified sports facility.

                        In the initial layout, the sports complex features a 25-metre-long pool positioned at the centre. Surrounding the pool are the changing room, gym, lounging area, and reception area, located to the west, north, east, and south of the university's sports centre. Additionally, there are two outdoor courts situated on the western and eastern sides of the facility.

            According to the proposed plans, the university sports centre will undergo expansion with the addition of new departments. The 25-metre-long pool and its associated facilities (changing rooms, gym, seating, and reception) will remain unchanged. However, the gym will be expanded towards the east, while a new leisure pool will be constructed to the west, replacing the western outdoor court. Adjacent to the entrance on the west and east sides, there will be a sports store and a café. Furthermore, an expanded dance studio and a changing room will be located to the east of the sports centre.

          The two layouts show how a university's sports centre may evolve in the future as a result of planned improvements. Overall, the changes result in an increase in the size of the sports facility. Additionally, the facility has undergone considerable alterations as a result of the planned enhancements.

           A 25-meter-long pool is now located in the centre of the sports complex. Additionally, the pool is flanked by a changing room, a gym, a lounging area, and a reception area situated to the west, north, east, and south of the university's sports centre. Additionally, there are two outdoor courts located on the facility's west and east sides.

          According to plans, the university sports centre will expand in size as additional departments are added. The 25-meter-long pool and its environs (change rooms, gym, seats, and reception) will remain in place. The gym, on the other hand, will be enlarged to the east. Additionally, an extra pool will be erected to the west of the sports facility in place of the western outdoor court. This pool will be utilised for leisure activities. Additionally, to the west and east of the entrance, a sports store and café will be open. Finally, there will be an expanded dance studio and a changing room to the east of the sports centre.

Band 6.5

                                 The plans illustrate how a university’s sports centre will look after modification. Overall, massive changes can be noticed. It includes a big leisure pool, dance studios, a cafe and facilities related to sports. 

                                There is a pool surrounded by a changing room, a gym, a seating area and a reception area. Furthermore, there are two outdoor courts on the east and west side of the pool. 

                                   In the future, the pool area will remain the same, but the gym area will be expanded. Additionally, outdoor courts will be replaced by a leisure pool in the west and a sports hall in the east. Moreover, two dance studios will be established on the east side of the pool, and two changing rooms will be built on the left and right corner of the sports centre. In addition to this, a sports shop and a cafe will also be constructed adjacent to the changing room.
