                                     Without a doubt, flash flooding is one of the gravest concerns in modern times, while it has been poorly attended by nations around the world. However, it is caused by deforestation, but this can be dealt with by growing more trees.

                                    Possibly, the major cause of severe flooding is climate change. The temperature of the earth is increasing due to the advancements in technology. For example, air conditioners are found in almost every house, which causes a rise in the earth's surface temperature resulting in a negative effect on the environment. Added to this, the excessive cutting of wood. Nowadays, people cut more trees to construct new houses and industries. Consequently, it causes ecological imbalances, and it results in natural disasters, such as cloud bursting, avalanches, droughts, and many more. Moreover, one other cause is soil erosion due to deforestation, which converts the land into barren land. It causes not only adverse effects on flora and fauna but also the life on the planet to survive.

                                          Turning to the possible solutions, perhaps the immediate step would be to participate in environmental awareness programmes. As a result, people become aware of such problems. For instance, if we speak out about these problems, the message may get through the whole nation properly. Secondly, to deal with his problem, grow more trees, which would help to change the ecological imbalance of the affected environment. Furthermore, it can be sorted out by promoting more public transport, as it is beneficial for both the planet and individuals' health.
