BAND 7+

                                             Working is unquestionably necessary for financial gain. Numerous people work due to the fact that they own duties. They work longer hours, often over 16 hours every day, in order to supplement their income. However, working for such a lengthy period of time each day on a consistent basis has a number of drawbacks.

                                      The primary disadvantage is that individuals who work long hours spend less time engaging in recreational activities. As a result, the likelihood of developing a health problem may rise. Another disadvantage is that it creates an imbalance in people's life; if individuals spend more time at work, they may spend less time with family members, resulting in family conflict. As a result, their private lives will be irreparably disrupted. Additionally, this type of lifestyle, in which individuals have strained family connections and prefer to spend their spare time engaging in leisure activities, may result in problems such as depression. As a result, the likelihood of self-harm increases. People who work for multinational corporations, for example, earn a decent salary but are depressed, as several polls have revealed, simply due to their lengthy schedules.

                                        Working long hours is beneficial as well. The first advantage is that it improves people's income, so improving their level of living. As a result, individuals can realise their ambitions. Additionally, these individuals contribute significantly to the economic prosperity of a country.

                                      To summarise, while having a high net worth income is advantageous for individuals, doing so at the expense of one's own life and family is not justifiable.
