              There is little room for doubt that the last 15 years have witnessed more changes in the definition of success than in the preceding 30 years. It is generally believed that working hard is the key to success; however, some think that working smart is better than working hard. In this way, people have their own perspectives in every field of their lives. This essay will discuss the statement, along with my own opinion.

                           Indeed, there are numerous factors to achieve success. One of the most significant reasons is that most people want to become successful in getting fame. To put it another way, they think that if they showcase their skills such as dancing, cooking, acting and teaching on various social media platforms, they might become famous as well as successful. According to a survey conducted by the Times of India, 70% of youngsters have started making their short videos on Tiktok, Instagram reels and MX Takatak to get fame. They think that they might become famous personalities by uploading their videos.

                         There is no denying the fact that money is something that is needed to survive in society. Nowadays, nothing is available without money. Some individuals believe that wealth is a parameter to examine the status of a person. In other words, if individuals have a great deal of money, they will be more successful in their lives than others because they can buy almost every product they want, so they work hard to secure their future and their families.

                       According to my viewpoint, people have to work according to their interests because they have a higher probability of becoming successful in their lives, and they might feel happy and get inner peace.
